Car sales

Following the latest announcement from the Prime Minister our showrooms are now closed. We are now operating online via our online forecourt, you can purchase your perfect car online and use our contactless click and collect service, if you do not wish to collect your new car please let us know and we can organise a contact free delivery straight from our forecourt to your driveway. We also have a 90 day exchange policy available with purchases through Santander finance so if you are unhappy with the vehicle you can exchange for another. Terms and conditions apply. Our opening hours are as follows and our sales staff are available via telephone (01843863531), email (sales@dumptonpark.co.uk) or our live webchat facility. 

Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm
Sunday 10am - 4pm

The 90 day exchange policy is available on all used vehicles purchased from Dumpton Park Nissan or Westwood cross motors all vehicles are subject to a £249 administration fee. This is only available with a finance purchase through Santander Finance plc. Fair usage and condition limits apply. In the event of activating your 90 day exchange, the £249 administration fee for the purchase of the vehicle will not be refunded and you will still be liable to pay a £249 administration fee on the replacement vehicle.

Service departments

Our service department is back to full capacity and is ready and prepared to support Thanet and the surrounding areas for all makes and models with servicing, MOT and repairs that you may need. Opening hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5.30pm
Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
Sunday Closed



Flexible Booking - Bookings can be re-arranged to the next available date convenient for you. If you are able to attend your appointment but would prefer not to enter the building, we will meet you in the car park to exchange keys and documentation.


Collect and deliver – where possible we are able to come to you and collect your vehicle, then drop the vehicle back to you after the work is completed. We will take payment remotely, so you don’t need to leave your home.
